Christine Samuel of Christie Creations - the featured designer

Saint Lucian fashion designers exceeded expectations as Export Saint Lucia staged the third edition of EXPORT THE RUNWAY on Saturday June 28th.

The Royalton Saint Lucia hosted what is easily considered ‘fashion’s biggest night’ for Saint Lucian designers, models and creatives.

It was a night to showcase the latest creations of trendsetting designers -featuring a range of themes and functionality from swim wear to business attire and everything in-between. Among the visiting designers was Saint Lucian Marshall Celestin.

Fourteen designers were featured, providing an opportunity for Saint Lucian models and entertainers to engage the sold-out audience at the Royalton Saint Lucia. It was also a night to signal to the fashion world Saint Lucia’s readiness for the world stage.

The featured designer, Christine Samuels of Christie Creations was celebrated for over a decade of excellence in fashion. Her lifelong mission is to make her brand a household name.

It is an objective supported by the Minister for Commerce who issued the “Love Saint Lucia”, buy local appeal.

For Export Saint Lucia it was also a night to celebrate corporate sponsors who made Export the Runway III possible.
