The Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights [ECCO] Inc is scheduled to hold its 14th annual general meeting on Saturday May 17th at the Burke King Conference Room in Sans Souci, Castries.
Members outside of Saint Lucia will join via Zoom.
The meeting will receive the Chairman and CEO’s reports and the External Auditors Report for the year ending December 2024. There will also be the Election of Directors.
ECCO members are informed that the nomination period is open. Only a writer member may nominate another writer member, and only a publisher member may nominate another publisher member. The nomination form must be signed by the nominating member (writer or publisher) and also signed by the nominee, confirming their willingness to be elected.
The signed form must reach the office of the Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights (ECCO) Inc. (by hand delivery, fax, or email) at rlewis@eccorights.com no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025.
Members have been emailed the Notice of the 14th AGM along with nomination forms.
