The National Insurance Corporation is stepping up its fight against chronic non- communicable diseases, by expanding its outdoor fitness gym campaign to communities across the island.
As part of this effort, the NIC is training fitness coaches through a certification programme, ensuring residents have the guidance they need to make the most of these new outdoor fitness stations.

The session, facilitated by MOVE STRONG a company specializing in functional fitness equipment and programmes aimed to equip coaches with the necessary skills to lead community fitness activities at the new outdoor gyms.
