Young TVET chefs showcase Agricultural and Culinary Arts Thursday

The Saint Lucia TVET Institute School of Sustainable Agriculture and Culinary Arts presents its inaugural Agro-Processing Showcase, Thursday 26 February at the Blue Coral Mall in Castries.
The talented young chefs will be expressing their creative use of local fruits among some of the delights they intend to feature during Thursday’s exposition.
