WASCO consultancy tackles Non-Revenue Water Reduction

The Water and Sewerage Company, WASCO has launched a new consultancy which looks at the ‘staffing and operationalisation of a dedicated Non-Revenue Water Reduction Unit’.


That consultancy will be undertaken by Justin Sealy, a strategic consultant and civil engineer. He holds an MBA in Engineering Management with specialisation in water and solid waste utility.

 The consultancy is expected to define and deploy an internal Non-Revenue Water team structure, develop key performance indicators and establish cross-departmental data f lows for fault reporting, maintenance and customer feedback.


Sealy has led similar consultancies in Sint Maarten and has worked extensively with the Caribbean Development Bank.


He was also a Strategic Planning Manager, Disaster Coordinator, and Climate Change Focal Point
