Upgrade your basic digiGov account to NAF

Residents of Saint Lucia and other persons seeking to do transact business online are asked to upgrade their basic digiGov account to a National Authentication Framework (NAF) account.


This is expected to give a secure and verified access to an expanding range of Government of Saint Lucia digital services.


An upgrade to NAF will allow:

  • Secure access to government e-services with a single login
  • Verify your identity online for faster service delivery
  • Protect your personal information with enhanced security controls
  • Reduce paperwork through trusted digital authentication
  • Prepare for upcoming services such as digital credentials, payments, and online applications


An NAF account sets the foundation for full participation in Saint Lucia’s digital government ecosystem.


How to Upgrade

  1. Visit https://digigov.govt.lc
  2. Select Signup
  3. Complete the identity verification steps. During this step, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via your registered mobile number and/or email address.
  4. Submit your application


Once approved, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your NAF Certificate
  • A second email containing your login credentials


Please note: Once approved, you will use your registered email address or your NAF ID to log in. On your first login after approval, you will be required to change your password and set five (5) security questions and answers.
