Trademarks in focus at MARQUES conference in Portugal

A major conference on Trademarks, Geographic Indications and Artificial Inteligience will take place In Lisbon, Portugal from September 22nd to 25th.


The MARQUES 40th Annual Conference will focus on how trademarks are evolving and why businesses are seeking new ways of using brands and other IP assets to better serve their consumers.


Conference participants will delve into innovative strategies to unlock the value of IP; the intersection of geographical indications, trademarks and international trade; and the new Digital Product Passport.


Interactive workshops will cover anticounterfeiting at trade fairs; unconventional trademarks; artificial intelligence and domain name arbitration.
