Time to refocus on Customer care as service standards are declining

HRM Mapping Consulting Inc is starting 2026 with a focus on customer care as ‘over the years, service standards across many industries have noticeably declined’.


Consequently, it is offering a Customer Care Workshop aimed at ‘engaging employees with the true essence of selfless service, one that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others.’


The workshop will seek ways to ensure customers feel valued, heard, and respected.


Companies or individual interested in participating in the workshop must confirm attendance by February 5th.
