GPH enters negotiations with St. Vincent and the Grenadines

Global Ports Holding has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to enter into exclusive negotiations regarding the management, development and operation of SVG Cruise Port.

The proposed partnership reflects a shared vision to strengthen cruise tourism through infrastructure investment, operational excellence, enhanced guest experiences and sustainable destination development.

As Mehmet Kutman, Chairman & CEO of Global Ports Holding, noted: “St. Vincent and the Grenadines is a beautiful and strategically located destination with tremendous potential.
