NH International (Caribbean) Ltd. Executive Chairman Emile Elias was in Saint Lucia last week for executive oversight visits to the company’s three active project sites.
During a press conference at the Halls of Justice project site on Laborie Street, Mr Elias Said “In every country where we operate and especially here in Saint Lucia we integrate local professionals, engineers, and contractors into every phase of delivery.”
He added that Saint Lucian professionals are now contributing to NH’s projects across the Eastern Caribbean, including assignments in Trinidad and Tobago, demonstrating how the company’s model of collaboration opens regional career pathways for Caribbean engineers and contractors.

The Saint Lucia Halls of Justice, an EC$143 million investment, will bring Saint Lucia’s civil, criminal, and family courts together in one purpose-built complex, designed for efficiency, safety, and accessibility.
The Rodney Bay City Centre, meanwhile, is shaping a new commercial hub in the north with modern banking, retail, and professional facilities that support economic diversification.
And at Hewanorra International Airport, the upgrade of the control tower is enhancing air-traffic safety and ensuring Saint Lucia maintains world-class aviation standards.
As part of his visit, Mr Elias met with senior government representatives and stakeholders from Saint Lucia’s infrastructure sector, underscoring NH International’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustained dialogue at the highest levels.
