Saint Lucia mourns Norbert Edward – UK-based Music Producer

Dennery-born UK-based music producer, songwriter Norbert Edward has passed.

Norbert has been longtime producer of Deloris Francis who has a handful of albums to her credit.

Norbert and Deloris visited Saint Lucia annually, and during the Covid pandemic were stuck on the island, forcing the cancelation of many performances by Deloris.

They resorted to performing via zoom during the Covid Lockdown. It was during that time that Deloris and Norbert sat down with Bernard Fanis of Calabash TV to talk about their lockdown experience.

The performances featured in this video were filmed during Covid at the studios of Calabash TV Saint Lucia.

Norbert Edward will be buried Friday July 3rd, 2026.
