Morocco seeks economic cooperation with the OECS

A strong focus on economic development partnership among OECS Member States and the Kingdom of Morocco was the highlight of the Economic Promotion Week from June 22 to 26, 2026, in Morocco.
The initiative was conceptualised and organised by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) for the participating Member States represented through the Embassies of the Eastern Caribbean States in Morocco to deepen trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Morocco and OECS Member States.
The OECS Commission also partnered in the activity.
Delegations comprised senior representatives of national investment promotion agencies, ministries responsible for trade and economic development, chambers of commerce.
Saint Lucia was represented by Invest Saint Lucia and the Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce.
The delegation was further strengthened by representatives of the OECS Commission, the OECS Business Council, and officials of the Embassies of the Eastern Caribbean States in the Kingdom of Morocco.
