With over 15 years of experience in business and product development, strategic planning and project management, Guard has led impactful tourism and economic initiatives across the Caribbean’s public and private sectors.

She previously served as the Special Events Manager at the Saint Lucia Tourist Board, overseeing internationally recognized events such as the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival.
