Invest Saint Lucia and Export Saint Lucia have been exploring opportunities for the Saint Lucian business community.

The most recent effort was made at a strategic workshop hosted by Export Saint Lucia on leveraging the CARIFORUM–EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA).

Invest Saint Lucia reports that the sessions were highly informative, with presenters and technical experts outlining practical, actionable steps local firms can take to expand trade with partners in the EU and the UK.

Key success factors highlighted included strengthening compliance, meeting quality, and certification standards, and ensuring correct product classification and coding to fully access the benefits of the EPA.
