CIBC Caribbean is proud to announce two distinguished national figures as Saint Lucia’s country judges for the 2025 edition of its flagship Unsung Heroes programme.
Renowned musician and philanthropist Ronald “Boo” Hinkson, and business leader and community advocate Susanna Gurley, will decide the winners from among local nominees whose quiet courage and selfless service have made a meaningful difference in their communities

The Unsung Heroes programme, relaunched earlier this year by CIBC Caribbean, aims to spotlight individuals across the region who demonstrate exceptional acts of kindness, bravery, or com munity service often without public recognition. The programme is open to nominees aged 10 and older who have not previously received significant accolades for their contributions.
The nomination deadline is August 22 ,2025.
CIBC Caribbean encourages the public to submit nominations of deserving individuals before July 31st, 2025. Submissions should be sent to unsungheroes@cibcfcib.com.
