
Ne KM² Solutions has announced plans for a major expan sion in St. Lucia. Work is underway at Orange Grove Plaza in Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet, where the company is developing a new, state-of-the-art contact center facility.
The 40,000 sq. ft. site will ultimately house 850 work stations, as well as training rooms, common areas, a cafeteria, conference rooms, and offices.
It will complement KM²’s existing operations in Union and Massade, with the potential to create 1,000 new jobs, bringing the total workforce capacity in St. Lucia to 2,500, spread across its three locations.

St. Lucia has been a cornerstone of KM²’s success since the company launched operations here more than 20 years ago. St. Lucia was the very first site for KM² and has been the catalyst for continued growth over the following decades.
Today, KM² operates across six nearshore markets, in cluding Barbados, Grenada, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras, with a global workforce of over 6,000.
