BOSL welcomes graduates of BOSL University 2025

Bank of Saint Lucia ushers in a cohort of graduates from its online university for staff training and career development, otherwise known as - BOSL University. The graduation ceremony took place last week at the NSDC Center in Bisee, Castries.

After its launch in 2023, two cohorts of students signed up for the University’s inaugural program – Banking Law and Practice. Today, a total of 25 employees successfully graduated from the course, creating a significant milestone for company.

Bank of Saint Lucia’s HR team spear-headed the development of the curriculum and implementation of the course in collaboration with Gold Chalk Education Consultant Inc and Course Facilitator, Vanessa Fen-nell.
Senior Manager in the department, Kendel Warner, thanked all stake-holders and encouraged graduates to use their knowledge to make a difference in their various departments.
According to University Graduate and Valedictorian, Peter Asson, the experience was more than a personal accomplishment but an investment in his future in the organization.
