1st National celebrates customers in Saint Lucia and St. Vincent

1st National Bank offices in Saint Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines celebrated their patrons during customer appreciation week October 20th – 25th, 2025.


It was a festive occasion which greeted customers at the Bridge Street branch of 1st National Bank in Saint Lucia. The theme for customer appreciation week 2025 is “87 years strong, powered by resilience, united by community, inspired by our customers”

Vernelle Joseph, Senior Manager Client Experience says a similar atmosphere was being experienced in the St Vincent and the Grenadines branch of the 1st National Bank.


In Saint Lucia 67-year-old Nicholas Labadie was among customers being recognised for being a loyal customer for the past 60 years.


Mr. Labadie has pledged continued loyalty to the bank that has served him for the past 6 decades.

The customers of 1st National Bank were also serenaded by students of the Castries Comprehensive Secondary school.


Lestor Celestine, the Music Teacher at the Castries Comprehensive Secondary School says his students were excited for the opportunity to showcase their talents. 

1st National Bank is this year celebrating its 87th anniversary. It is Saint Lucia 1st indigenous bank born out of a commitment to offer banking services to Saint Lucians of all economic and social strata.
